Adult Speech and Language Therapy (SLT)

This guideline applies to adults aged 18 years and over.

 

 

Minimum required information for referral

• Patients with symptoms relating to voice / laryngeal pathology must have been seen by ENT within the last 12 months.
  
  
• Why the referral is needed now – what’s changed.
   
• Identified therapeutic goal or need.
   
• Patient consent.
   
• Any reasonable adjustments.
