Hearing Aids – Aftercare
RCHT Audiology Service
The RCHT Audiology Service provides hearing aid aftercare and replacement batteries free of charge. There is no time limit to this. Hearing aids that have been damaged beyond repair due to carelessness, or lost, may incur a fee to be replaced.

In situations where the need is urgent or the patient is unable to be without their hearing aid, they can call the department directly (01872) 253 787 for assistance.
If the patient is not a RCHT Audiology patient, they must contact their own hearing aid provider directly.
