Before Your Appointment
This is a checklist of what you need to do before an appointment:

Check where your appointment is and at what time.

Phone the RMS on 01872 226700 if you have not received a letter confirming the appointment with details of where you should go and who you will see.

If you need hospital transport arranged, view our Patient Transport page to find further details.

If you need to cancel or re-book your appointment, contact the RMS team so that your original appointment can be given to another patient and we can arrange another one for you.

Take any current medication with you to the appointment.
